James is our founder and lead executive consultant. With over 20 years in manufacturing management including 15 in the corrugated industry and 10+ years of Senior and C-Level management experience. Prior to his consulting career, he was President of Texcorr (a Texas-based 80,000 ton per year corrugated sheet manufacturer) until 2014. Prior to Texcorr, he lead Smurfit-Stone’s Operational Excellence team. He holds a BS in Industrial Technology from The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a MBA from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA. James leads our supplier negotiations, pricing, throughput improvement and performance management efforts.
Mark is a 23 year veteran of the Procurement world. He has achieved partner level and led the sourcing practice at a top tier consultancy, and has been a senior procurement practitioner at firms like Alvarez & Marsal, Deloitte, and Accenture. Over the past 7 years, Mark has led more than 10 packaging sourcing programs that produced $30M in aggregate savings. He holds a BA in Political Science from The University of Richmond and a MBA from UNC Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler School of Business. Mark leads the project delivery efforts.
From high-profile companies to small startups, Amery Williams provides businesses with support as a continuous improvement expert. With over 9 years in the manufacturing industry, Amery has aided businesses in transforming their operations. Her passion for organizational efficiency led to a progressive career in lean operations. Utilizing a deep set of methods, lean tools, and experience, Amery works with businesses to creatively solve problems. Through her leadership, companies have been able to save over $15 Million in defect reductions, inventory optimization, organizational efficiency and more. Amery holds a BS in Industrial Technology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a MS in Supply Chain Management from Penn State. She leads our supply chain, throughput sustainment and overall project management efforts.
Enrique has spent the past 20 years in packaging sales, brokerage, and business development. He is an expert in the Mexican corrugated and folding carton marketplace and has extensive knowledge of local, regional, and national suppliers and their capabilities. During his career, Enrique has bought and sold more than $100M of packaging in Mexico and the US. Enrique leads our commercial efforts in Mexico.
Corey has been working in the financial services space for more than 10 years. Corey is a broker and operates in all areas of finance from insurance to investments. As a broker Corey has the ability to offer a huge selection of products and services allowing him to work with employers and employees on retirement solutions and plans. Corey has a passion for people. He has a high level of integrity and great character. He is licensed by The State of California to sell Insurance and holds a series 6 and series 63 Federal Securities License. Corey leads our financial solutions efforts.
Lars provides our clients with effective risk management tools including, complete policy analysis, contract review, safety management, claims handling and more to maximize our clients' profitability through Lockton Companies, the largest privately held risk management firm in the world. He coordinates teams that drive innovative solutions for complex property & casualty, management liability, risk finance and ACA/health benefits risks. He holds a BS in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting from The University of California Santa Barbara. He can help effectively evaluate risk and assess how it will affect the bottom line to protect the balance sheet and income statements. Lars leads our Safety and Risk Mitigation efforts.
Ken consults with our clients regarding their employees with an emphasis on performance management, training, H.R. compliance and employee benefits. He holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Missouri, and a M.A. in Human Resource Development from Webster University. Over the course of his 25 year career he has held a variety of roles and responsibilities within organizations and served as a consultant for the past 10 years. Most Recently Ken served as the interim COO for a privately held food manufacturing company assisting them with their organizational restructuring and cultural change. Ken is based in Dallas TX and leads all of our People Management projects.
Tim brings extensive executive experience from both the technology and real estate sectors. A UCLA Anderson School Graduate, Tim has the creative skills to bring ideas to life and drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Tim handles corporate relocation for our foreign clients as well as all site and commercial real estate needs.
Martell J. Martin is a consultant with extensive business and legal experience. He is an analytical and conceptual thinker who can effectively partner with client’s to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementation. Martell’s competence to evaluate complex circumstances and identify appropriate resolutions helps clients gain meaningful insight in their business, while also following up with thorough analysis. Martell holds a law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law, and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas. Martell is based in Los Angeles and handles our contracts and entertainment industry efforts.
